If what is "terminal" is due to a genetic predisposition; cloning would not work in the first place. Secondly, they legally outlawed duels in general - nevermind to the death, in the mid to late 1700's as far as I recall. So there's no chance in hell for this movie's entire premise. Third, doctors don't just hand out terminal diagnoses' like candy. The likelihood she could pull a Monty Python reference out of her rear and just "I Got Better" is next to ziltch. Other than that, the idea of a clone's right to live mirrors the whole abortion issue and would be compelling if it could be coherently argued. Either for or against. Might be watchable for that point alone. For me just the sentence of synopsis is enough to drop the mic on it.
